Bookings and cancellations
- Appointments are confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and address by message or email.
- Cancellations or changes with at least 24 hours' notice are free. Later cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price.
- We may occasionally need to rearrange for reasons beyond our control; we will always offer the next available alternative.
Treatment
- All treatments are complementary soft tissue therapies. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care.
- You agree to answer consultation questions honestly, including medical history and medication, so we can treat you safely.
- We reserve the right to decline or stop treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate, with any unused portion refunded.
Home visits
- Please provide a safe, reasonably clear space for treatment. We bring all equipment.
- A responsible adult must be present for any treatment of a person under 18.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment by card, bank transfer or cash unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Liability
MyoSync Clinic holds full professional and public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
